sribas
I have installed Affnity 1.5.1 from Apple Store. I have used several times, but Apple's photo app does not have any Affinity extentions installed. System prefefs->extentions does not have affinity extentions installed. Is there any way to install them?
Staff MEB Posted December 13, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 13, 2016 Hi sribas, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) The extensions should be installed automatically when you install Affinity Photo. Which Mac OS are you running? Are you using an Administrator account? sribas
I am using OSX 10.10.5 as administrator. But during the Apple Store automatic installation there was no request for my administration password.
Staff MEB Posted December 14, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 14, 2016 Hi sribas, Apple Photos extensions are only available in El Capitan and Sierra. Yosemite doesn't support them. BobSgt
I am running Sierra MacOS and have Affinnity and other photo edit software enabled in settings/extensions. I do not see any of them when I bring up Apple Photos. Can you suggest what I am doing wrong?
