Affinity Photo Windows Not Saving Plug In User ID and Serial

Hello,

I am having one issue concerning Plug Ins. Especially with Graient Xterminator, which needs a usernam and serial name to operate.

It works fine with Affinity, however with the last version it is not keeping my user ID nor serial number. Each time I try to use it I need to insert my crecntials again.

This was not happeneing with Beta versions.

Any clues to solve this issue? btw I have alredy tried running the program as administrator and the behavior is the same; each time I run this plug in I have to manually fill in my credentials.

I'm not sure if this is being caused by Affinity as Affinity doesn't have any control of the plugins licence. Do you use the plugin with any other applications? It may be worth contacting the plugin developer from the below link.

Hello,

As I write in my post I use the plug in with Photoshop and it works flawlessly; furthermore it was also working with beta versions of Affinity photo. This issue is new with the last cpmmercial version.

this still seems to be an issue - I have exactly this problem on Affinity Photo for Mac with GradientXterminator (full licensed copy)
