I've read through other posts with a similar question and they were advised to refresh the App Store. I've tried, nothing happens. Help is appreciated. Thanks. JFisher Posted December 13, 2016 Share Posted December 13, 2016 Hi VertigoViolet.Welcome to the forum :)You should be able to see the update in the 'Updates' section of the Mac App Store providing you're logged into the same account that you used to purchase the app originally. stephen may Posted December 13, 2016 Share Posted December 13, 2016 Hi I spent most of yesterday afternoon trying to download the latest AD and AP updates from the App Store. The App Store says the updates are available but when I try to update I just get the grey spinning wheel in the top left corner of the panel. The only reason the Apple geniuses could give, after endless chat, was that the updates are not compatible with my machine. I am on an iMac running Sierra 10.12.1. Any clues?
