Windows equivalent of the CMD key?

Great. But where is the "Right Mouse Button" on a pen or touchscreen? 

Windows 7 & 10 64-bit, Dual Xeon workstation(s) 64gb RAM, and single i7 laptop 32gb RAM

My pen has a right button too, but if not you have to press the "menu" key (sometimes called the "Application key).

not quite the same but it brings up the right click menu.
