desult
Is there a way to change the background color of the document or make it transparent?
CartoonMike
For transparency, go to file and choose Document Setup (shortcut: command-shift-P). In the dialog, on the left side, is a check box that states: "Transparent Background." Check that puppy and click OK. Now your background is transparent. I haven't found a way to change the background color, so I've just been creating a rectangle the size of the document and filling it with the color I want and locking that layer and making sure it's at the bottom of the layer list. balmer
Agree, this would be a nice feature. There are workarounds, so maybe not a super high priority feature. :)
desult
Thanks. I prefer transparent over changing the color. I would like to be able to modify the square colors and size, although I would put that a bit down on my list of wanted features.
