Change document background color

Recommended Posts

For transparency, go to file and choose Document Setup (shortcut: command-shift-P). In the dialog, on the left side, is a check box that states: "Transparent Background." Check that puppy and click OK. Now your background is transparent. I haven't found a way to change the background color, so I've just been creating a rectangle the size of the document and filling it with the color I want and locking that layer and making sure it's at the bottom of the layer list.

I encourage kids to go ahead and play on my lawn. I mean, how else can I make sure the death-traps work?
