I bought Designer for Windows and have been using it for a while. But it is far from satisfactory. To go through all glitches should cause me lots of job. Just to name an example, the crop tool does not work. I have compared to Affinity Photo, which is totally superior. I'm seriously disappointed, and I want a refund or some kind of substantial compensation.

This should not be a problem, as explained in your order email receipt, simply email affinityreturns@serif.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If it has been longer than 14 days then I am sure our team can sort something out, perhaps a swap for Photo.

 

(Note to other readers. If you purchased the Mac version, refunds are through the Apple App Store)
