Request: auto replace images

I am working with a file that has lots of imported images that are modified outside of my control.

 

I have to manually "update images" on each one, even if it is a duplicate image

 

It would be great if Affinity would auto replace images (maybe its an option per image?)

 

Also, replacing one image should replace all instances of it in document.

Hi AtelierCunha,

The Help file is referring to the button in the context toolbar right above the work area (the Move Tool must be selected). Note that this only works for Image layers (not Pixel layers), in other words, images that you have placed in the document with the Place Image Tool, using the File ▸ Place command or that you have dragged from Finder to an opened document in Designer.
