Reducing Size of Document

Is it a bug or me?

 

Tried to reduce size of document.

Document>Resize Document>Inches>6x4>DPI 300> Lanczos 3 Non-Separable>Re sample.

 

First bug it says Affinity is not responding in white banner at screen top the shows Windows rotating circles.

 

Second bug it the displays a image which is narrow but wide.

Yes it is a bug tried it on RC and its the same!

 

However it does work if you change the order in the reduce option box!

 

1.  Document>Resize Document>Inches>6x4>DPI 300> Lanczos 3 Non-Separable>Re sample. gives narrow and wide.

 

2.  Document>Resize Document>DPI 300>Inches>6x4> Lanczos 3 Non-Separable>Re sample. gives correct picture

 

Both ways show Nothing>then white notification at screen top saying "Affinity Photo ( not responding)"> Windows circles>Photo

 

So it needs a bit of tweaking

Thanks for reporting this mapline. I've recreated this also so I shall also pass it on to the development team. At least there is a workaround whilst we get this sorted :)

but this is not a new bug, the bug exists since the first beta,
just like the other unsolved problems with the resize dialog
