Loading webp files causes Affinity Photo to crash

I've updated to the 1.5.0.42 version and now when I load a webp file it crashes with an 0x80004003 error. Previously it was working fine.

I've just tried opening the file you attached in 1.5.0.42 here and it seems to open fine. Just a couple of quick questions. In preferences what ICC profile do you have it set to to be assigned by default? If you make a copy of your Affinity folder in %appdata% and then ctrl+run the app and clear all the options, does the file open for you?
