Aammppaa
If I select more than one node on a curve and click Break Curves, only one of the nodes is broken. Is this by design or a bug? If by design, then I'd like to request the behavior is altered, as breaking a curve into multiple shorter sections is very useful at times, and currently rather time consuming. Staff MEB Posted December 2, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 2, 2016 Hi Aammppaa, This is not a bug. It always has worked like that. It's a feature that still needs improvement/work. You can already join several nodes simultaneously but not break them. Meanwhile you can set a custom shortcut for this to help speed things up (Preferences. Keyboard Shortcuts, Draw | Node Tool dropdowns). Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference
Aammppaa
Thanks MEB, have set shortcut, which as yo say helps. Can this be moved to feature requests please? Staff MEB Posted December 2, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 2, 2016 It's done already (Feature Requests). The dev team is aware of those limitations. There was already plans to improve this but there wasn't time yet to look at it. The dev teams have been pretty busy.
