wacmaster
Hello. I am new to the forum and Affinity Designer. I am wondering if it's possible to use 8bf plug-ins in Affinity Designer for Windows, or if this capability will be added later in the Windows release. By the way i love the program. Thanks! :D HaroldBark and Kevinpak
Staff MEB Posted November 30, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 30, 2016 Hi wacmaster, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) No, it's not possible to use Photoshop Plugins in Designer. As far as i know there's no plans to add them at this point. You can however switch the document from Designer to Photo using the menu File ▸ Edit in Photo... to apply the filters there, then return back to Designer using the equivalent command in Photo. wacmaster
I just tried to install Redfields Fractalius 2.80 64 bit plug-in in Photo and it shows in the menu but will not launch. Does this plug-in work in Photo or can you tell me how to get it to work? Thanks!
