feuerfloh
Version 1.5.0.39 When I do the following open a RAW file change some basic settings in the "Develop" persona apply changes by clicking "Develop" save the file as "afphoto" file end the session start a new session open the previously saved "afphoto" file change to the "Develop" persona then all sliders show "0%"?! I attached two screen shots. The first shows the settings that I've made in the "Develop" persona, the second shows the positions of the sliders after re-opening the file. Well, the photo itself shows my changes, but I cannot see, what I did in the last development session... Jamesbuh
Koda Chrome
I experience this too on Windows. Is there any new information available on this problem?
Staff MEB Posted April 8, 2017 Staff Share Posted April 8, 2017 Hi feuerfloh, Koda Chrome, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) This is by design. When you click Develop the settings you have specified/set in Develop Persona are baked (destructively) to the image. So when you open it again the setting were already applied, there's no way to go back and adjust them again. Affinity Photo doesn't support non-destrcutive RAW editing like other programs where the edits/changes are saved to a separate XMP sidecar file (or integrated in a DNG file).
