KurtB
The image resolution for a raw file is wrong. It does’t correspond to the camera resolution, nor to the exif info about the image resolution. I have a Canon 60D with 5184x3456 px and Develop Persona will result in 5202x3465 px. The image has also some pixel shifting according to its corresponding jpg image.
Staff MEB Posted November 24, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 24, 2016 Hi Kurt, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) This is by design. Affinity Photo displays all image data/pixels captured by the sensor rather than just the ones considered reliable/safe by the camera manufacturers in their RAW files. If you change Affinity Photo RAW engine to Apple (Core Image RAW) in the Develop Assistant you will get the "correct" values. Serif RAW engine lets you decide where you want to crop them.
