Staff Sean P Posted November 24, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 24, 2016 Hi drsachinjadhav,Ensure you are entering the exact same email address that was used for purchasing and then copy the key (I believe there is a button on the website to do this) from your account and then use the 'Paste' icon on the installer to paste the key in.
