Cullyn
Hi there, I want to take you guys up on the offer but was curious why the price for New Zealanders is up $3 the Current exchange rate for 39.99 usd to nzd is 56.8740 and while I understand rounding the number out im not sure what the extra $3 charge is about.. are you just rounding it to the nearest $_9.99 to keep up the sexy? Staff Patrick Connor Posted November 18, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 18, 2016 Cullyn, Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. :) The 'sexy' comment is about right (though the marketing team probably have a real term for it) , but we can't change the price every week as exchange rates vary so although there are slight variations from country to country, all of the prices are still a bargain, I think you'll agree. Alfred
the Current exchange rate for 39.99 usd to nzd is 56.8740 At the current exchange rate, 39.99 EUR is 60.3471 NZD, so it could be argued that the 59.99 NZD price is saving you a few cents! ;) Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.4.1 (iPad 7th gen)
Cullyn
Hey yeah, that makes sense, I should have considered price fluctuations. Thanks for the quick reply and ill be making the purchase. is it EUR? ok lol sorry I'm so cheap :p I'm broke atm and while there are apps from adobe I REALLY want atm I don't want to pay 700 bucks a year for their service. Really looking forward to you guys offering an InDesign alternative, also a sketch/ XD alternative would be awesome too.
