Terry52 Posted November 17, 2016 Share Posted November 17, 2016 I downloaded Affinit Designer Beta some little time ago but could never find the program!!! So I forgot it. Now I have purchased the Windows version and am told I need to delete the Beta version (which I still can't find). Phoned the Serif help line to be told its new they can't help me. Staff MEB Posted November 17, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 17, 2016 Hi Terry52, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Press CTRL + ALT + DEL, select Task Manager and check if there's another instance of Affinity Setup running.
