E9B6
I want to design tickets in designer and am looking for a font where the numbers also have the words inserted into the number. You will all have seen them on the cloakroom tickets sold in books of 1000. Any bright ideas? CRG
MikeW
I am not picturing what I think I am understanding from your description. Sorry. Can you attach an image of what you want? Mike

ambiroa
That's not a custom font, simply put in numbers, and then text on top of it. ;-) But, to be honest, tickets are only designed without numbers or barcodes, after doing that the design is sent to a special printshop and those numbers and barcodes are counted and printed automatically. So depending on how many tickets you need, you either put them all manually by yourself, or need a printshop to do the numbering.
MikeW
I have done raffle tickets, complete with barcodes in-house. It doesn't need to be sent out. But it isn't ever going to be done in any sort of volume in AD. There is no merging and likely shouldn't be within its purview. The barcoding is done using a font. But as regards the 6 & 9 spelled out on their respective numerals, it is silly and only there so people cannot confuse a 6 for a 9. I guess these designers or those who spec'd that the numerals were spelled out thought their customers were dumb enough to confuse them. However, it could also be done during a conditional merge in something that would allow a merge and conditions. Mike
