p10n Posted November 16, 2016 Share Posted November 16, 2016 Suddenly, all my custom export presets that I had defined have disappeared! (I remember recently changed the UI language from German to English and v.v., and I had one system crash - both should not cause this, but I could have??) I am sure they should be included in my backup - which file do I need to restore from Time Machine to get them back? Staff Lee D Posted November 16, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 16, 2016 Hi p10n, Do you know if you updated Designer to 1.5.2 yesterday, the reason I ask is we found an issue with the update. If the update was installed and the app opened all presets where deleted. Some users have reported using Time Machine to revert back before the update has resolved the issue.
