Sliders delay when tablet use

Hi!

 

I have  problem with One by Wacom and sliders. When I use mouse, sliders react correct, but when I use tablet's pen, about one second delay appear. Look at the video.

In the Affinity Designer it is also the same problem.

I also recognized a problem with my wacom bamboo. The circle of the dodge and burn tools disappear when i use the tablet. There is no problem with the mouse.

The function itself works, you just can't see the circle. Only the mouse pointer.

When i move the tool with the tablet and switch to the mouse, the position of the pointer is somewhere else?
