Several issues I discovered

First off, great job on this program. I think it has great promise. As a BETA it is very good. More work needed but that's what Betas are about. 

A couple of issues I found are as follows.

 

1. Tif file with multiple alpha channels load incorrectly. I have a tif with multiple selections that were saved as alpha channels in photoshop. When I open the file in Photo all I see is a black and transparent image of the first alpha channel I saved.

In Photo channels this selection is shown as the background alpha and composite alpha channels but all the other selection channels from the tif are not there. This selection is all I see and I cannot get to the original image though. I will try to load a file to dropbox or attach here.

 

2. Sponge tool. No option to select saturate or desaturate.

 

3. This has to do with selections save to the Channels panel. I make any selection, say a rectangle and then save it via the Create Spare channel option. This is fine but if I try to Load To Pixel Selection it selects a totally different selection. If I save the selection to a file and load it all is fine.

Further to my previous post I have added a link to an example of alpha channels in a tif file that does not load correctly in Photo.

Seems Photo does not like alpha channels in tif files.
