uncle808us
The new windows beta posts are really clogging up the forum for me. Is there any way to filter these out? Because now it takes me forever to go through the forums new posts. And being on a Mac 'm not very interested in the windows problems. Not meant to be judgmental or mean. Just trying to save some time. Just found this.... Quote Mac MacBook Pro 15 in. OS X 10.9.5, Mid 2012 456.77 GB Affinity Design and Photo.
Staff Callum Posted November 11, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 11, 2016 Hi Uncle808us, There isn't a way to filter out the Windows posts I'm afraid however most Windows specific posts should be in the Affinity Designer / Photo Windows beta sections so it shouldn't be too much of an issue :) C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. Staff Callum Posted November 11, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 11, 2016 Hi Uncle808us, This is just for filtering certain categories out of the View New Content page it won't filter things like the posts you see in the Questions section. If a topic is in Questions and is about Windows there would be no way for the filter to tell it is about Windows as specifying which version you are using is not a requirement for making a post. Are you trying to hide the Windows sections completely? Or filter the posts shown in each individual section? C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
