Alfred
We also have plans to release versions for iOS and the beta of Affinity Publisher in 2017. Will Affinity Publisher on Windows be available soon after the Mac version, or will Affinity Photo on iOS come first? Petar Petrenko
Will Affinity Publisher on Windows be available soon after the Mac version, or will Affinity Photo on iOS come first? It would be nice if they come at same time. :) Quote All the latest releases of Designer, Photo and Publisher (retail and beta) on MacOS and Windows. 15” Dell Inspiron 7559 i7 ● Windows 10 x64 Pro ● Intel Core i7-6700HQ (3.50 GHz, 6M) ● 16 GB Dual Channel DDR3L 1600 MHz (8GBx2) ● NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5 ● 500 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD ● UHD (3840 x 2160) Truelife LED - Backlit Touch Display 32” LG 32UN650-W display ● 3840 x 2160 UHD, IPS, HDR10 ● Color Gamut: DCI-P3 95%, Color Calibrated ● 2 x HDMI, 1 x DisplayPort 13.3” MacBook Pro (2017) ● Ventura 13.6 ● Intel Core i7 (3.50 GHz Dual Core) ● 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 ● Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 MB ● 500 GB SSD ● Retina Display (3360 x 2100)
Alfred
It would be nice if they come at same time. :) Of course it would, Petar, but I don't think Serif's QA team would want to run two beta tests at the same time! Assuming that the Mac beta comes first, I'm sure Serif will be keen to sell the commercial version straight away instead of waiting for the Windows beta to finish. Petar Petrenko
But, it is the same app on different OS's. They can wait until both have the same features. MikeW
But, it is the same app on different OS's. They can wait until both have the same features. Well, I would disagree that they are the same applications per se. As regards concurrent releases...They could if they had more people in the programming and Q/A teams. Staff Patrick Connor Posted November 5, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 5, 2016 If both OSs are ready at the same time, then my QA team won't stand in the way of a simultaneous beta no matter how hard it is.
