JohnPainter Posted November 2, 2016 Share Posted November 2, 2016 Hi, every time I try to open a file on the Mac I use every day, I get the message "Failed to open PDF file" then some info about the search path, and " the file was not found" I hope there is somebody out there who can help me with this problem, it is very annoying. If you browse your Dropbox in a finder window, can you locate the file and does the location and filename match? If the file exists on your Dropbox, could you copy it to your Desktop and then try opening in Affinity. If it still fails to open could you share a link to the file via a PM so I can test it.
