It should be available before the end of the year. You can however install Affinity Photo Beta from here if you want to try its features earlier. Just remember to keep the Mac App Store version installed since its needed to validate/run the Beta. No, the HDR features are only available in version 1.5. There's no way to get them in v1.4.3.
