Audioman
Hello everybody, I am a new user for Affinity and I have no experience designing. I noticed from some time up today, Affinity shows me some kind of purple frame in some objects I previously selected (Please see the attached picture). This purple "frame" does not appear in the exported files. Is there a preference or a way to avoid this? Please help! Staff MEB Posted October 19, 2016 Staff Share Posted October 19, 2016 Hi Alex, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) The purple lines indicate that those objects are snapping candidates. You can disable this going to menu View ▸ Snapping Manager... and unchecking Show snapping candidates. To learn more about snapping candidates please check this video tutorial. The Snapping Manager has changed a little since the recording but the concept and explanation still applies.
