Ordering a book will create a new account, so the "Sign In" option will not know your email or password until after you have placed an order. And the "Reset Password" page will not do anything either until after you have ordered a book for the same reason, in that it does not know your email address before you order a book. When you place an order through the Affinity Store for the first time you create an Affinity Store account - it will ask for your email address and you will need to specify a password. Our payment has been set up for physical and download purchases, so includes most countries. For physical delivery we are using amazon fulfilment, and they do not offer our account delivery to Switzerland there is nothing we can do as we use them for the delivery bit.
