EdRo
Hello, my name is Ed and I'm a new user to AFFINITY PHOTO. I am have trouble retrieving my photos into AFFINITY. Been through many new user videos but with no luck. Going into file and clicking open does not work. I can open in the Apple photo and use part of the Affinity program but that is as far as I can work with Affinity. Would appreciate much help. Thanks Khabiret
Madame
What happens when you click open, and where are the files do you try to open. And/or have you tried to drag the file from finder into Affinity? R C-R
EdRo, If you are trying to open photos stored in Apple's Photos application's library in Affinity Photo, you can use the View menu > Media Browser option to do that, or choose the Media > Photos item in the sidebar of AP's standard Open dialog. For the latter option, you may need to enable the sidebar view and/or scroll down the sidebar to see the Media item.
