This means that you should not attempt to use it for commercial purposes or for any other activity that you may be adversely affected by the application failing. In addition it is worth noting that files created in Affinity 1.5 cannot be opened in 1.4, which means files created with the Windows beta cannot be opened in the Mac AppStore version of Designer, instead you will need the latest macOS beta. How can I turn these on? In meantime I changed the language from German to English and restarted APwin - now I can see the tools. And now they are visual in the German version too. I did not have to alter something in the "View>Show Tools" menu item. I'm here crossing my fingers that the Windows release is also almost there, and also hoping it`ll be available in the Windows Store as well as Serif's site. So far only in tools that require clicking and dragging (applying transparency, adjusting nodes, dragging images...)Edit: The issues I was having suddenly stopped, so please disregard the warning. Weirdly enough everything has been working fine since I left that comment. I had 3 or 4 crashes very close together and since then everything's been working flawlessly as usual! When resizing multiple objects at once with "Scale with object" checked off, the stroke to clipped objects do not update as the others do. There is also an issue with scaling cropped objects at the same time of scaling non-cropped or clipped objects. The website is still a work in progress. There is also an issue with scaling cropped objects at the same time of scaling non-cropped or clipped objects. Do you have a file that demonstrates these issues at all? I've tried the first and they look to be updating as they should. How do you mean the stroke on the clipped object doesn't update as the others do? Hi Honeyblonde, Currently the first release of Affinity Designer on Windows will only have the Dark UI available. If it's a limitation of the first release that's fine, just thought I'd mention -- as the prior beta version did have the capability for UI lightness. Again for me this looks ok. I need to attach my file somewhere else. No matter how much I shrink it, the MB are not going down by much at all. So I will attach the original. The stroke on several of the characters' eyes will not update; which are clipped objects. As for my cropping problem, Molly's hair disappears. If I enlarge Flexible Molly or Funny Francis on their own, I still get Molly's "front hair" disappearing and Francis' eye strokes staying at their original weight. The font list will jump depending on the first letter you type, but you cannot type a full name and select it with just the keyboard. The website is still a work in progress.
