oldwestern
When I try to import a picture into a picture frame, the path dialogue box leads to the photo app (which is greyed out) and I can't see any of the files/pics. Can you help? Cheers, Hal.
Staff Callum Posted October 10, 2016 Staff Share Posted October 10, 2016 Hi Oldwestern, Unfortunately as you are using Photos it isn't possible to open a photo directly into Affinity. However if you download our latest Customer Beta Build from the link below you are able to select Edit In Affinity Photo from the extensions menu. https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/25929-affinity-photo-customer-beta-15-beta-6/ The other work around would be to go to File > Export Unmodified Original while in the Photos app. Then you can open the exported file in Affinity Photo :) I hope this helps C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. oldwestern
Think I've sorted it. In Affinity for Mac v1.5.1 After selecting picture frame tool, select 'media' in the drop down box, then select picture you want, then press return. screen grab attached
