Corsicaman
Hello everybody, I was wondering if I was the only one having performance issues since the 1.5 update in Affinity Designer? I got an iMac with 32Gb of RAM, an icore7 and an AMD Radeon (4Gb). I never had any problems of this kind before this update (as expected). Now, when I move a shape or some text around for exemple, even in an empty document, it's like if my "FPS" dropped. The elements don't move smoothly anymore, they kind of jump around like if my computer was overheating or too slow. This also happens when I move a gradient and in many other scenarios. - Sorry if my english is not the best, I explained it like I could. Anyone else noticed that? Staff MattP Posted October 8, 2016 Staff Share Posted October 8, 2016 Could I ask you a strange question... you don't happen to be running macOS Sierra and have a DCI-P3 display profile (or Wide-gamut/Adobe RGB screen profile set)? If so... it *might* be the case that you're falling foul of something strange we've seen on the current version of Sierra that seemed better for us in the next beta version of Sierra... Corsicaman
I updated to osSierra and updated Affinity at the same time, yea. However I just use the regular "iMac" color profile...
