Where can I find the new measurement tool in version 1.5?

This might be a little confusing but the measurement tool is not a separate tool on the toolbar to find. If you select an object, move the cursor outside of the object area the press cmd, you will see measurement lines appears display different distances from other objects and boundaries. Depending on where you place the cursor depends on which object or boundary it measure to

And how to measure one object from another object? When I select a vector layer and then hold cmd, then it shows me only the distance to the boundaries of the document. How to see the distance from another object that is underneath the cursor?

With the original object selected and while still holding down ⌘ (cmd) place the mouse cursor over the second object.

Can I use the way to measure with Trial Version?

The trial version is currently the slightly older 1.4 version so that feature is not in. We should be updating the trial in a couple of weeks to bring it in line with 1.5
