Missing Antialiasing on fill layers

Recommended Posts

1. Open the attached .psd file in Affinity Designer

2. Turn on 1x Pixel Preview (you can also see it in the other preview modes, but the 1x makes it more clear)

The result:

If I color the mask directly, or if I use a colored vector rectangle, clipped by the mask, everything works like expected.

That leaves me with the assumption, that the fill layer is the cause of this.

On that note: Is it even possible to create fill layers in Affinity Designer, or are they just available, by importing a psd file?

PS: This also occurs in the current AD beta.

Thanks, that worked!

Is there a big boost in performance by doing this? It was disabled by default and I never thought that could be intended.

Maybe it should be checked by default.
