Highvoltage
Ctrl+long-click is extremely useful for anyone wanting to build up complex transparencies over an object (e.g. gradient transparency applied to white and black fills for highlighting and shading) without overwriting the contents of the clipboard, so I wouldn't like to see the program lose this functionality. Alfred
Yes, I know about Ctrl+J, and I'm a great fan of keyboard shortcuts, but many users are 'mouseketeers' who prefer to keep on hand on the mouse at all times unless they're typing. For those users, especially if they're right-handed, Ctrl+long-click is more comfortable and convenient. Highvoltage
I know that every person has a different workflow, therefore I'm a huge fan of customization, i would simply make a toggle option for this in the preferences. I second this, just make an option to disable this and we're good. Thanks!
