Affinity files not recognised by Aperture

Lately my Affinity files when saved (flattened) to Aperture receive an "Unsupported Image Format" message and a blank window in

Aperture.

 

Until now, this has not been a problem.

 

Is there a way around this?

 

Are others having this problem?

Here's a screenshot of Aperture after file in Affinity is saved.

 

ps - My Mac and OS are same as yours, but a later model.

 

On a very rare occasion, the saved file WILL save successfully to Aperture.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

This issue was already corrected in the latest Photo Beta (1.5 Beta 5). You can download it from here if you are willing to give it a try or just wait a little more for the next major Mac App Store update (1.5). If you decide to try the Beta remember to keep the Mac App Store version installed to be able to validate/run it. Also note that files created or saved with the Beta are NOT compatible with previous versions.
