saltdesign
Greetings. I created a file IN Affinity Photo. When I export the .afphoto file to a PSD and go back to open the PSD in Affinity, the file does not open, with the error message "The File Could Not Be Parsed." I created two files (inside and outside of a matchbook) and my local printer could only open 1 of the files. Why would this one (randomly) not work? Again, when I go back to open it in Affinity, I get the error message, "The File Could Not Be Parsed." Thoughts? Thank you.

Staff MEB Posted September 1, 2016 Staff Share Posted September 1, 2016 Hi saltdesign, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Can you please upload the .afphoto file using this link so we can check this out? All files will be deleted after being checked. Thanks. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference
saltdesign
I've uploaded the .afphoto file to the link. It's under the name Amy McBride. Thank you for looking into it. When I opened the PSD in Preview and resaved, it didn't open in Affinity after. Thank you for the suggestion.
Staff MEB Posted September 1, 2016 Staff Share Posted September 1, 2016 Hi saltdesign, Thanks for the file. I'm having trouble replicating the error on my system. All exported PSD's seem to be reimporting fine. Which Affinity Photo version and PSD export preset are you using ?
