pkr1979
Hi all, Affinity does not detect my Epson V700 scanner. I'm new to Affinity and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced the same, or have any idea why Affinity doesn't detect my scanner? Cheers Peter
Mark Ingram
Are you using the Windows public beta? If so, this should be moved into the Windows forum so that QA can test it out.
pkr1979
No, Mac. But its the trial version if that makes any difference?
R C-R
For what little it is worth, I have never been able to get the Affinity Photo "Acquire image" function to recognize any scanner, camera, or iDevice I own, including the ones that Apple's Image Capture app recognizes. I am not surprised that my old Canon scanner isn't recognized by either app (although it is by Graphic Converter) because its drivers have never been updated for use with any OS X version beyond Snow Leopard, but I think AP's "Acquire image" function should at least be able to recognize my iPhone 5s & my Nikon S8100 point & shoot camera, both of which work fine with Apple's Image Capture.
