haba
File > Export > PNG, or use the Export Persona. Unless I've misunderstood. I think you misunderstood ^_^ What darita means, that he can not select the Bitmap-Mode as Colorformat so like RGB or grayscale. Bitmaps contain only two colors, which e.g. can be colored later in Indesign or made transparent. We have the same Problem (didn´t find Bitmap-Mode). Staff MEB Posted August 23, 2016 Staff Share Posted August 23, 2016 Hi darita, Can you please clarify what you meant with "bitmap"? Are you referring to export an image as a raster format or to 1bit mode colour format (black and white image)? Hi haba, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Currently Affinity apps don't support 1-bit mode/bitmap colour format. Feel free to add this to the Feature Requests section as it may become lost here Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
R C-R
Bitmaps contain only two colors, which e.g. can be colored later in Indesign or made transparent. The term "bitmap" traditionally refers to any image format that contains a map of pixel information at any color depth, from one bit per pixel up to 32 or more. See for example this old guide. It is often used interchangeably with "raster" to refer to pixel-mapped image formats, but that term, derived from the raster scanning method of displaying CRT TV images, is equally ambiguous about color depth.
