gelo31415
Hi all! Affinity looks awesome, but before I jump boat and throw my CC subscription into the trash, is there a blend if option like in photoshop? Thanks in advance!
Staff MEB Posted August 16, 2016 Staff Share Posted August 16, 2016 Hi gelo31415, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) With an object/layer selected, click the cog icon on the top right of the Layers panel to access the Blend Options dialog (the graphs/inputs on the bottom). MJSfoto1956
also note that AP blend options are much more powerful than Photoshop's -- you can very precisely blend just a small range of tonality specifying any kind of falloff: soft, hard, steep gradual. This feature of AP obviates the need for the clunky "tonality masks" that are all the rage in the PS world. Michael

gelo31415
Thank you for the swift reply, I am downloading the trial now - I wonder what the downsides are, since this editor sounds a little too good to be true! Hope it lasts! :-D
