Is there a "blend if" option?

also note that AP blend options are much more powerful than Photoshop's -- you can very precisely blend just a small range of tonality specifying any kind of falloff: soft, hard, steep gradual. This feature of AP obviates the need for the clunky "tonality masks" that are all the rage in the PS world.
