jboissy
Greetings Affinity, I was wondering if it would be helpful to have a HEX field available in all color profile palettes/windows. Lately, I've been working in HSL, as I find it easier to target a particular color, and it would be nice to have the HEX code running alongside the sliders (like RGB Hex). Also, I've been using AD to comp web designs and I'm constantly bouncing between RGB Hex and HSL to input HEX colors from a pre-existing brand style guide. Just a thought. :-) Cheers! jB T.A.V, AshTeriyaki and lepr
VIPStephan
Yeah, HEX falls a little short when it comes to ease of use. I guess that’s a legacy from AD primarily trying to follow Adobe Illustrator and only just recently making a slight turn towards web/UI design where HEX colors are much more prevalent. bbd10

In Corel's PaintShop it is so difficult to paste a value into the box (other letters appear and you must now delete them and try again) Ideally, I should be able to send you hex values for a color I want and you can just copy and paste them in Quote Affinity Designer 2.2.2075 & beta 2.3.1.2212 Affinity Photo 2.2.2075 beta 2.3.1.2212Affinity Publisher 2.2.2075 & beta 2.3.1.2212 Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 22621.1928 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

A_B_C
An input field and 2 buttons. - Copy hex value to clipboard - Paste hex value from clipboard This would be perfect. Just like we have it already for export settings in the Export Persona. avicenna

I was referring to the hex box that appears in Photoshop's color picker.
