Missing Standard Shortcut in German Version

Recommended Posts

When quitting the app without saving first, a window pops up:

If I want to quit without saving, if the interface language is set to English, I can press ⌘ + ⌫.  It’s a systemwide convention. If I change the language to German, however, this shortcut doesn’t work.

I’ve reported a similar issue just recently where the ⌘+D for “Don’t save” doesn’t work while it’s a common convention in any other application (and not even ⌘+N as LibreOffice uncommonly implements it for “Nicht speichern”). The devs are aware of it.

HI Smeikx

Thanks for reporting this. I only seem to get this shortcut to work in German on apps that use the iCloud save dialog, other apps I have tried hat us a more standard save dialog don't seem to use this shortcut. I'll look into it a bit further
