Hello

I am photography enthusiast with a lot of practice but suffer tremendously on the post side of things.  I currently use LR & CS6 and a friend recommended Affinity so here I am : - ).  So, I have a photo that I want to inverse some colors on.  There are multiple objects that I want to retain their color but want to B&W other parts of the photo.  I apologize in advance if this is a redundant topic.

Thanks

Brian

I you want to make plain "negative" just press cmd-i (Layer>Invert). If you want to keep luminosity and just rotate colors 180 degrees press cmd-U and apply 180° hue shift (Layer>New adjustment layer>HSL adjustment). You can also desaturate in HSL adjustment.

I guess if you want to apply locally you better copy "objects" to separate layers.
