ANGRYMAN Posted June 9 Posted June 9 Have used the Affinity Suite for many years now, and it has always been rock solid stable. All Apps, all versions. Since 2.6.3 it keeps locking up doing exactly the same workloads I have done for years, resulting in having to kill the program and restart it. Specifically, working on 15000 x 7500 JPG panoramas around 70MB each, 10+ open at any one time. Using the Live Projection feature to paint in parts. Crash normally occurs after leaving the Projection layer and then working in the normal projection. System Basics: Windows 11 Pro, X570 Pro-art, 5950X, 128GB 3200 RAM, 5090 Quote
Staff stokerg Posted June 10 Staff Posted June 10 Hi @ANGRYMAN, Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration under Edit>Setting>Performance in Affinity and see if you can replicate the issue. Quote
ANGRYMAN Posted June 10 Author Posted June 10 Trying that now... Seems it may be unrelated to Live Projection as it always happens when back in normal view. Will note, think this is first time working on my projects since upgrading my 4090FE to 5090FE and i am aware Nvidia drivers are having a lot of issues. Working on 5 images this morning, crashed on one of those already. Crash definition, program hangs indefinitely. Quote
