1. Copy the text object whose features you want to apply to other text

2. Select another text object

3. Go to the Edit menu and choose 'Paste Style'

Unfortunately that doesn't work for font etc in 1.4.2. It will work for 1.5, though, and works in the current beta. (1.5 also has text styles, which are another way of sharing text attributes.)

I'm on Windows, so I've only ever seen AD 1.5 beta and I wasn't aware that this is a new feature.

copying the style even though I change the font size, in corel you can choose which attributes to copy, not only on the text, and paste them to another object without being altered sizes.
