There are many people who seem to have a single issue fixation: they think what they want is much more important than what anyone else wants. There are literally dozens of threads in these forums, often running to many pages, all of which have similar posts. Basically, "it's been so long (fill in the years) since we asked for this" – "Surely it can't be that difficult". The problem is that this, and all those other requests, would not (in all likelihood) be a big problem on their own, but trying to prioritise all the various requests is! Serif, I am sure, are doing their best to improve the apps, add new features and get rid of bugs, but it all takes time, sometimes something new messes up something else, everything doesn't always go to plan, and it is simply not possible to keep everyone happy, nor to do everything at once!
