heikehk
I took a new look at affinity this evening (Version 1.1.0) an I discoverd tha I can´t use the different brushes with the mouse. As thes is no pressure the line is always as thick as it is. In Illustratro I have the chance to edit the width of my brush stroke, even if it was drawn by mouse oder pen-tool. Is there a way to do this with affinity? Regards Heike
ronniemcbride
I believe what what you are asking can be achieved by clicking on the line option clicking on pressure and adjusting the profile of the stroke. Staff MEB Posted October 29, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 29, 2014 heikehk, Go to the Brush Tool, and change the Controller type in the context toolbar on top to Velocity or Automatic. You should get variable width lines after setting this. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
