Staff stokerg Posted May 20 Staff Posted May 20 If when Exporting or Saving a file from Affinity 2.6.3 on Windows, you receive one of the following errors: 'The file could not be created' 'Can't find file name' 'Changes to the file are not allowed' First check Windows Controlled Folder access, and check the Block History, you'll likely see that Affinity has been blocked. If you click on 'Allow an app through Controlled Folder access', you'll be able to Add Affinity to the allowed list. If you then try exporting, Affinity should export without error. If you are running a 3rd party A/V software, you will need to add Affinity to its allowed list, you'll then be able to export. Komatös, Leigh, mopperle and 2 others 5
