I looked for that, and I googled for ages, following links only for body cross references, which did not help (and all these AI links popping up are a menace "are experimental and may lead you down numerous rabbit holes"). That style is tucked away at the bottom, nested inside another. Thank you again, so much. We are at the late stages of editing body, we have done the contents, the notes and the index. The images are placed. "Just" the imprint and cover to do then, just maybe, we get to send it to the printers! Three months of my time and while I have enjoyed it, and learnt a great deal, with thanks to the kind people on this Forum but with particular reference to MikeTO, I shall be glad when it has finished and can get back to my monthly 5/6-page newsletter.
