Hi, I recently bought the Gaomon S620 tablet and I noticed that when trying to use the pressure control, when I adjust the brush size to a bigger one, when I press down I get the big circle, but when I let go, instead of making that circle, it just creates a totally random "splatter" you can see on the second image.
This only happens in Affinity Designer, when I tried using it in Illustrator, everything seems fine.

I'm using the Gaomon driver, Windows Ink is turned off and Affinity Designer is set to High Precision tablet input. (But the same thing happens on the low precision, and the pressure sensivity completely turns off when on the Windows Ink setting).

Does anyone have an idea what might be the reason for that and how to fix it?

Welcome to the forums @Rico08,

I don't have your exact tablet model to test with, but using my Wacom Intuos tablet I'm able to fairly consistently create round brush dots. The process became much easier after adjusting the 'Tip Feel' pen setting to the maximum firmness and using 'High Precision' input mode for the input data in the app settings, I then can lightly tap on the tablet to create the dots, so changing these may help.

What's likely happening is the app is drawing multiple nodes with a pressure curve applied to the curve based on the Input data, creating random 'Splatters' between the overlapping nodes on the canvas instead of the desired dot. For creating more consistent circular dots, it may be easier to turn off the pressure controller and adjust the brush size manually.
