Login as a Nonprofit

Hi guys,

How can I login to the iPad app with a nonprofit account?

My Affinity account is part of an approved nonprofit Canva account, and I managed to have access on the desktop app already.

BUT I can’t see any option to login with Canva on iPad, and with my email address it doesn’t allow me to login.

What is the solution?

Hi @arasremerk and Welcome to the Forums,

First make sure you have the latest version of Affinity for iPad installed, 2.6.2. 

If you can then start Affinity and as soon as you see the loading screen, double tap it with your finger and you'll be shown a Clear User Data screen.  If you can activate the switch for 'De-activate Affinity 2 Apps', then tap on Clear.  Affinity will then load and you should now see a screen with a 'Login with Canva' option, as shown in the attached screenshot and you'll be able to activate with the same details you used on Desktop.
