Most creators use a more subtile / indirect approach and post link to tutorials which then have links to paid resources.

Hi @NotMyFault, I see your concern. I've not had any of my previous, similar posts removed, but I'm sure the admin will take this down if they deem it unfit.

I can't think of any reason the moderators would object to any 3rd party resources that may enhance the use of and potentially lead to future sales of the Affinity range of products. It would also be impossible for Affinity to produce and provide the full spectrum of the currently available 3rd party resources that users are looking to purchase.

As far as 3rd party resources are concerned, I think the Prohibited Content section is a catch-all section to prevent irrelevant advertising or spammy advertising appearing on the forum.

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Would be great to get a definitive clarification from mods.

We’ve allowed posts like this before, as long as they’re relevant to Affinity apps and not shared too frequently. That said, moderators may use their discretion.

We’re all for supporting the community, but we want to avoid anything that's overly spammy, especially if it’s not directly related to Affinity.
